Welcome to the international center for Advanced Communication Technologies. interACT is a worldwide research center that has locations at: Carnegie Mellon University, USA, Universität Karlsruhe (TH), Germany, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology,China and Waseda University, Japan. We are currently researching technologies that facilitate the human experience, human mutual understanding, and worldwide communication.
